DBS Bank - CPI data just released last night and is higher than the projected numbers of 2.9 percent! It came out 3.1 percent which was slightly higher abd US indexes seen the biggest fall . STI likely follow and bank may see further weakness! Do take note!

9 month Net profit is up 35% to 7.89b.

NikkoAM-STC Asia ETF Reit - I think great price is back! Having this counter is like owning most of the famous Index reit like CLaR, CICT, MIT, MLT, MPACT, KDC, Suntec, Link (HK) . At 81cents yield is a whopping 6.1 percent, do take note!

I think likely to clear 82 cents and rises higher to test 84-84.5 cents.  

A nice breakout smoothly will likely see her rising up to test 90 cents.

NikkoAM-STC Asia REIT ETF (CFA.SI) - She is yielding 6.49% at 0.801, Quarterly dividend, I think is a good yield level to take note! 





It covers most of the index reit like CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust,  CapitaLand Ascendas REIT,  Mapletree Ind Tr,  Mapletree Logistics Trust,  Frasers L&C Tr etc.

Chart wise, it has managed to bounce-off from the low of 73.6 cents and closed well at 0.802, looks rather bullish!

If this bullish momentum continue we may likely see her rising up further towards 90 cents and above.

Venture - She has retreated below 14 again after clearing it a few days ago, really need a decisively breakout above 14 and stay above in order to continue this uptrend mode!

Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr - I think boat is back! At 1.39, yield is about 6.4 percent, NAV 1.73, Gearing is slightly above 40 percent. Do take note!

  Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr  - 3rd quarter results is out! Gross Revenue is up 0.8 percent to 241.5m, NPI is up 1.7% to 182.4m but Distribution is down 9.1% due to higher finance costs increasing 14%. Gearing 40.8%. 





Occupancy rate 96.7%.
