NetLink NBN Tr - Chart wise, she is gaining momentum likely to breakout 86 cents and rises higher towards 88 than 91 cents. Yield is more than 6.1 percent I think is a great yield level as compared to FD! FY results cum Final dividend in May. Pls dyodd.

  NetLink NBN Tr  - 9th Month Business Update! Gross Revenue is up 3.2 percent to 309m. Net profit is up 4 percent to 85m. Healthy Cash flow! Awesome!









Yearly dividend of 5.3 cents.

At 85 cents, Yield is about 6.23%.

This one no-brainer strategy!

NetLink NBN Tr  - 2nd quarter results is out! Gross Revenue is u0 2.9% to 205.3m. Net profit is down 3.1% to 52.88m. Interim dividend is up 1.1%  to 2.65 cents .




I think results is almost flat. 

Net gearing is 21.5%.

 I think good price is here! Yield is of about 6.1% at 0.855. This is even much higher than Singapore Government Bond of 3.16%. THIS counter is like  FD account which is consistently paying out dividend of 5.2 cents annually. I think opportunity is back!

Keppel DC Reit - I think good pivot point to consider at 1.66 to 1.69 as it has managed to bounce-off from 1.65 looks rather positive! At 1.70, yield is about 5.35 percent for this DC reit looks rather interesting! Pls dyodd.

 Keppel DC Reit  - Looks like boat is back! At 1.69 which is trading near the support at 1.66 which might present a good pivot point! Yield is about 5.4 percent. Gearing is below 40 percent. Pls dyodd. 




Keppel DC Reit  - Good news!The manager  Managed to reach a amicably and commercial solution woth DXC for the full and final settlement of 13.3m! Likely to boost their dpu payout! Do take note! 




It looks like market like this piece of news and the price has rises up 5 cents to 1.76, Fantastic!

I think price likely to test 1.78 and cover up the Gap at 1.80.

 Keppel DC Reit  -  After Ex.dividend she has gone down to touch 1.60 and managed to bounce-off from this level and closed higher at 1.65, looks rather positive! Yield is about 5.5 percent at 1.65 looks like a good pivot point to consider! Do take note!



If she can reclaim 1.71 level smoothly we may likely see her rising up further towards 1.78 level.

KDC - Keppel DC Reit  - Indeed it has went down to touch 1.67 yesterday and bounce-off to close at 1.69 unchanged,  looks like bargain hunters has turned up to support! Do take note!

Update  : KDC (Keppel DC Reit) - Gapped down this morning and went down to touch 1.69, looks rather weak and may likely see her going down to test 1.66-1.67.

  Keppel DC Reit  - Results is out! Dpu decreased 16.1% ro 4.33 cents versus 5.165 cents.  NPI is down 9.1% to 117m, Distribution Income is down 18.5% to 76m. Gearing 37.4%.I think results is badly affected by the loss of rental income and higher Operations expenses and high financial costs that increases 43.5% to 28.5m.Cautious mode!  




Occupancy rate 98.3%.

Update : VENTURE - She is still on a Nice Uptrend mode direction likely to rise up to conquer 14.42 and rises up towards 15.25 and above! Yearly dividend of 75 cents is sustainable and yield is more than 5.3 percent at 14.11 make it quite a nice yield level to consider! Pls dyodd.

Venture  - Looks like she may rise up to retest 14.42 again! A nice breakout smoothly would likely see her testing 15 to 15.23. Do take note! 




 Venture Corporation  - 4th quarter results is out! Gross Revenue is up 4.3 percent to 736.6m, Net profit is up 5.3 percent to 66.7m. FY total Revenue is down 21.7 percent to 3025m and Net profit is down 26.9 percent to 270m. Free cash flow is positive +100 percent to 439m. 


Net cash position of 1056m, zero debt. 




At 14.10, yield is about 5.32%.

Proposed Final dividend of 50 cents same as last year.

UOL - 2nd Half Net profit is down 12 per cent to S$145.5 million, from S$164.5 million in the year-ago period.  FY net profit is up 373 percent to 572.7m due to divesment gain from the sales of Parkroyal. The company proposed a Final dividend of 15 cents plus special dividend of 5 cents!

Chart wise,  bearish mode!

She is approaching near the support level at about 5.60. I think looks like a good pivot entry point for a swing strategy!

CapitaLand Investment  - FY results is out! Resilient 2023 Cash PATMI of 781m. Proposed final dividend of 12 cents. FY net profit is down 79.0% y-o-y to $181 million from $861 million in FY2022 mainly due to revaluation of assets in China. 





Operating Patmi declined by 7% y-o-y to $568 million, mainly due to higher interest expense, lower contribution from China 


Overall revenue declined by 3.2% y-o-y to $2.78 billion from $2.88 billion last year.

Fee income-related businesses (FRB) revenue, which have been providing strong recurring contributions to the group’s overall returns y-o-y, gained 9% to $1.07 billion from $984 million a year ago.

CapitaLand Investment(9CI.SI) - She has a nice rebound from 2.80 and rises higher to touch 2.95, looks like Bull is in control! Pls take note! 



Short term wise,  I think likely to rise up to retest 2.95 ! A nice breakout smoothly may likely see her rising up towards 3.00 than 3.03.

Wow! Today looks like something is brewing! She is up 12 cents to 3.02. 



CapitaLand Invest  - The company purchased another 5m share today at 2.90 to 2.92, so solid! They have so much cash on hands to buy back the share! It might be the price is undervalued! 

She is trading near the all time low of 2.83. This might be a great pivot point to consider.  Pls dyodd.  







The company just bought back 2.536m share today at 3.00. A few days ago, they also bought back 1m share at 3.00.

This seem like a great support level! Do take note!

I think Results is not bad and Operating profit is quite stable!




I think yearly dividend of 12 cents is sustainable and may be see further increase if FM fee grow faster than expected!
